VA Onyx provides virtual assistant placement and management services. Our services include sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of Virtual Assistants for our clients.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Treat all VA Onyx Virtual Assistants with professionalism and respect
• Pay all agreed fees in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of VA working materials and information

4. VA Obligations

As a Virtual Assistant employed or placed through VA Onyx, you agree to:

• Perform your duties with professionalism and to the best of your ability
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
• Adhere to the standards and guidelines set by VA Onyx
• Sign any required Non-Disclosure Agreements with clients

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the VA Onyx website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of VA Onyx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

VA Onyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service arrangement with written notice as outlined in the specific service agreement. VA Onyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
